Renaming of "Fakel" to PJSC "Fakel"

The date of the official change of name of the Company to consider June 16, 2011.

 

Under part 4 of article 4 of Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies" dated September 17, 2008 full name company in the Ukrainian language must contain the name of its type (public or private), organizational and legal form (joint stock company).

 

In order to bring the activities of the "Fakel" (hereinafter - the Company) in accordance with the requirements of the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders "Fakel", and also approved a new edition of the Charter of the Company.

 

June 16, 2011 the state registration of the Company's Charter in the new edition, made ​​the appropriate information in the State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Uniform State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine, is replaced by a certificate of state registration of legal entities.
